The housing project is based on a dynamic renewal of a residential neighbourhood which is comprised of various historic buildings. The project adopts a sensitive approach to achieving a balance between conservation and rehabilitation objectives and the need to provide an attractive living environment for housing local residents. The jury was impressed with the detailed conceptual studies.
